Fireship: Fun 3-Minute Fix for AI and Tech News
Fireship publishes Code Reports and 100 Seconds videos on YouTube whenever I want to catch up on new AI models and framework drama.
Between new AI models dropping every week, framework drama, and random cloud outages, I don’t always have time to sit through 30-minute breakdown videos.
Fireship is one of the few YouTube channels I watch almost every time a new video pops up in my feed. The videos pack the actual technical details, code snippets, and dry humor into a 3-minute video before I even finish my coffee.
What I Watch on the Channel
- The Code Report: Whenever a new LLM releases or a company makes a questionable open-source move, this is my go-to summary. It is fast, quirky, and skips all the sponsor-padded filler.
- 100 Seconds of Code: Anytime I am curious about a tool, database, or language I haven’t touched yet, I watch the 100 Seconds video first just to get the mental model down.
